"Herzog died of a heart attack after suffering several electrical shocks with increasing voltage in the dragon’s chair. The torture in the "dragon's chair" consisted in placing a nude person in a chair with the arms and legs tied up. Torturers used a metal seat and they wet it. They tied some wires in the person’s ears and genital organ. To make it worse they put salt rocks in the tortured mouth and ammonia in his/her nose."
